5. Appointment Booking & Cancellation
Appointment requests submitted via our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from Unispital Healthcare.
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of the centre.

Teleradiology reporting services are provided subject to a separate service agreement between Unispital Healthcare and the requesting facility. Reports are delivered electronically via IPACS or secure email.
Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Unispital Healthcare shall not be liable for delays caused by technical failures, incomplete clinical information, or force majeure events.
