Radiology reports issued by Unispital Healthcare are intended for the use of the requesting clinician and should be interpreted in the context of the patient's full clinical picture. Reports do not replace clinical judgement.

Educational content (including the RadMad anatomy atlas) is intended for medical education only and should not be used for self-diagnosis or treatment decisions.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

5. Appointment Booking & Cancellation

Appointment requests submitted via our website or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. A booking is only confirmed when you receive explicit confirmation from Unispital Healthcare.

Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee at the discretion of the centre.

6. Teleradiology Services

Teleradiology reporting services are provided subject to a separate service agreement between Unispital Healthcare and the requesting facility. Reports are delivered electronically via IPACS or secure email.

Turnaround times are targets, not guarantees. Unispital Healthcare shall not be liable for delays caused by technical failures, incomplete clinical information, or force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Unispital Healthcare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

·Your use of or inability to use the website.
·Any errors or omissions in website content.
·Delays in report delivery beyond our reasonable control.
·Reliance on information provided on the website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
